Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is a mother of Russian origin who is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru speaks fluent German Russian and English in addition to French Persian and Hindi. The parents of Annet Mahendru are Russian and Indian. In 2011, she created choreography that gained her the privilege of appearing on German TV as a Russian snowmaiden. Then, she changed into an Indian dancer. When she graduated from the requirements for high school and college in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. She studied acting classes at the HB Studios, but then went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. She was created at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). Her family relocated from Afghanistan to East Meadow New York, along with her father, when she was 13 years old. She is a star with Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. Television actress most famous for her character as the an ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She is known for the roles she has played on Fox's The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
